The Episcopal Campus Ministry at Northwestern University
"Finally, brothers and sisters, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things" (Philippians 4:8).
Canterbury Northwestern fosters a fellowship of students, faculty, and other members of the Northwestern University community that seek to set their minds and hearts on "whatsoever things are true." As a ministry of the Episcopal Church we strive to follow Jesus in prayer and worship, by sharing meals, by studying the Scriptures and critically examining our faith, by striving for justice and mercy in the community and society in which we live, and by connecting to those whose faith is shaped by other traditions.
Our main hub is the Canterbury House at 2010 Orrington Avenue - between Library Place and Foster - where we meet to worship, eat, study, and share each others' company.
